Grandpa used to drive Grandma and Charlotte to Ocean Park, parks, and the airport just for fun on days they didn’t need to work. Entrance was free for over 60s and under 5-year-olds.
The Hong Kong International Airport opened on 6 July 1998, while Kai Tak Airport officially closed operations on the same day.
