Every year, I paint a piece of the coming Chinese zodiac to bring joy and blessings to friends and family for the new year.

In 2026, after having just lost my mum, the Year of the Horse painting morphed into the beginning of a new series I’ve temporarily named as ‘Spiritual Maps’ . The Year of the Horse is a spiritual map that guides the promises and blessings for myself in 2026, marking my retirement from individual tarot reading, and the desire to wipe the slate clean, deconstruct, reassemble, and rebuild my life while carrying the grief and chaos of my past 30 years.
